Dr Rachael Sullivan, the practice principal and owner, studied dentistry at The University of Sheffield and qualified in 1999.

In 2003, she joined St Peter's Avenue Dental Practice Limited, Cleethorpes and took ownership of the practice in 2015. Rachael is particularly skilled at composite restorations; creating aesthetic, tooth coloured fillings and satisfying the patient’s wish for a natural appearance. In addition, Rachael is highly competent in the field of crown and bridge work and endodontics.

Mr. Pramod Subbaraman BDS

Mr. Pramod Subbaraman, Associate Dentist studied dentistry at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India and qualified in 2002.

In September 2023, Pramod joined St Peter’s Avenue Dental Practice Limited. Pramod was born and raised in India where he also trained as a dentist. He has lived and worked in the UK since December 2005 and some of that time was spent working in dental teams while he waited to sit and pass his registration exams. Pramod has some experience in Oral Surgery and has worked in a variety of settings mainly as a General Dental Practitioner. Pramod also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Dental Law and Ethics from the University of Bedfordshire.

Pramod prides himself in that General Dental Practice is done to the highest standards. Prevention is always better than cure but cure certainly has its place.

Mrs Romaisa Elshiekh, Associate Dentist studied dentistry at Khartoum University in Sudan and qualified in 2011.

In January 2026, Romaisa joined St Peter’s Avenue Dental Practice Limited. Romaisa was born and raised in Sudan where she also trained as a dentist. She moved to the UK in 2022, where she worked in Leeds and Halifax before settling in Lincoln, where she lives with her family. Romaisa has also undergone additional training by completing the Tipton Training Post-Graduate Certificate for Restorative Dentistry in 2022 and recently in 2024 she has undergone the Tipton Training Post-Graduate Certificate in operative dentistry. Romaisa has experience in working in both NHS and Private based practices but is wanting to focus on the Private based aspects of dentistry.

Romaisa prides herself on her high working standards, utilising her skills and experiences to provide the highest quality of oral health care.

Mr Casey Vivian

After completing his tertiary education at the University of Lincoln, Casey worked in the field of education. He manages the business of the dental practice and attends to practice administration.

Ashley

Ashley joined our practice in February 2022 as our Dental Receptionist. Ashley has been in Dentistry since 2015, she will be the first point of interaction when patients visit and call the practice. Ashley enjoys all aspects of being a Dental Receptionist, especially putting nervous patients at ease. In her spare time, Ashley likes to travel, interior design and fashion.

Our dental nurses are qualified and registered with the General Dental Council. They continually update their knowledge and skills by attending courses and workshops and share a commitment to service. Most of the nurses have worked for St Peter's Avenue Dental Practice Limited for several years, and are familiar faces to our regular patients.
