Before & After
The patient presented with severe gum disease. First, teeth were extracted, then dental implants placed in the upper and lower jaw. Next the upper implants were restored with a fixed hybrid denture; lower implants were restored with porcelain bridges. The treatment was done by Cliff Kushner with the assistance of a consultant periodontist, who surgically placed the implants.
In this case, Dr Cliff restored the four upper front teeth with metal-free crowns, using the Ivoclar E-max system to obtain a natural look that blends with adjacent teeth.
Dr Cliff bleached the patient’s teeth before the lateral incisors were restored with porcelain veneers.
Damage, as a result of stomach acid to the upper front teeth, repaired.
